Over the years, dust builds up on the duct walls — and in kitchen ducts, grease too. Deposits narrow the duct and can restrict airflow.
We clean the inside of the duct, removing dust, grease and other deposits.
The duct walls are clear of dust and deposits.
The result
Clean duct. No dust, no grease.
This is what a duct looks like after cleaning: the dust, grease and cobwebs are gone from the walls.

Signs
Ventilation goes unnoticed until it starts to struggle. If you notice any of these signs, it’s worth checking the valves, ducts and unit.
A grey ring of dust on the wall or ceiling around an air valve usually means the duct is dusty too.
Open a window slightly and hold a sheet of paper to an extract valve. If it isn’t pulled in, the draught may be weak. It’s a simple home check, not a ventilation measurement.
The mirror stays fogged up long after a shower and the walls don’t dry — humid air may not be getting out properly.
Cooking smells spread from the kitchen to other rooms and hang around, and in an apartment block you may smell your neighbours’ cooking.
Condensation on the windows and mould in the corners can point to excess humidity or poor ventilation.
The ducts haven’t been cleaned for years, or you’ve recently renovated — construction dust settles in the ducts.
What we do
The scope depends on the type of ventilation you have. Before we start, we agree on exactly what will be done.
We clean the shared shafts of apartment buildings when the apartment association (KÜ) orders it.

Price
Every ventilation system is different, so we don’t have a general price list. You get the price before we start, and we only begin once you’re happy with it.
Natural ventilation, mechanical extract or a heat recovery unit.
How many valves and ducts there are, and whether the unit needs cleaning and the filters replacing.
Ducts in the attic, between floors or behind a suspended ceiling take more time.
Area
We work in Tallinn and Harju County. Elsewhere in Estonia by arrangement.
FAQ
For homes, a common rule of thumb is to clean the ducts roughly every 5–10 years (depending on their condition), service a heat recovery unit once a year and replace the filters at least twice a year. Check your unit’s manual for exact intervals.
If you notice dust around the valves, weak extraction, damp or lingering odours, don’t wait. Commercial premises and spaces with heavier use usually need cleaning more often.
We cover furniture and floors and tidy up after ourselves when we’re done.
Yes. We clean the fans, heat exchanger and condensate drain, and replace the filters — we bring them for any unit model. More: heat recovery unit service.
You usually don’t need the association’s permission to clean your own apartment’s valves, ducts and unit. The building’s shared shafts and roof fans are managed by the association, and their cleaning is agreed with it.
