Who processes your data
The controller is AbcToru OÜ (registry code 12010191, address Mustamäe tee 33, 10616 Tallinn). If you have questions, write to info@abctoru.ee or call +372 5807 9538.
What data we collect
Through the request form we receive the details you enter yourself: name, phone number, address or area, property type, comment and any files you attach (such as floor plans or ventilation drawings).
To prevent spam, we briefly store a hash calculated from your IP address, not the address itself. For security, the hosting server also records technical data such as the IP address and the time of the request.
What we use the data for
Only to reply to your request, arrange the work and prepare a quote and invoice. We don’t use the data for marketing and don’t share it with other companies for their own purposes. It is processed on our behalf only by our hosting and e-mail provider (see below).
Legal basis
The data is processed at your request to take steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep the data
Your request is sent to our e-mail inbox. We keep it for as long as needed to arrange and carry out the work and to meet accounting requirements. The backup copy of the request on the server is deleted automatically after 60 days. Attached files are sent only to our inbox and are not stored on the website server. Only their names and sizes remain in the backup copy of the request.
Who receives the data
The data is processed on our behalf by our hosting and e-mail provider Zone Media OÜ (Estonia). The data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- ask for your data to be corrected or deleted;
- object to the processing of your data;
- lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
