Commercial ventilation cleaning
Clean ventilation helps keep air exchange working properly where people work and customers visit. We clean ventilation in offices, shops, warehouses and production premises, as well as café and restaurant kitchens.
Why it matters
Why clean ventilation in commercial premises
Commercial premises usually have more people in them, and the ventilation works under a heavier load than at home. Dust, fibres and dirt build up in the ducts and the unit faster.
When air exchange weakens, the space gets stuffy, people tire more quickly and odours linger. A dirty unit may also use more energy.
Regular cleaning helps keep the indoor climate stable and is easier on the equipment.

Questions about commercial ventilation
Can you work in the evening or at weekends?
Yes. We also work in the evenings and at weekends, when your premises are closed.
Do you clean kitchen extract ducts in cafés and restaurants?
Yes. In café and restaurant kitchens we clean the extract hood, grease filters and duct. Grease builds up in them quickly. Under the Estonian Rescue Board’s recommendations and standard EVS 812-2, ducts in professional kitchens are cleaned at least once a year — every six months if the kitchen runs 6–12 hours a day, and every quarter at 12–16 hours.
